Can I order food at my Table?

Absolutely! At Soul Mama, we pride ourselves on combining live music with delicious food, creating an unforgettable experience. We encourage you to arrive as close to the Doors Open time as possible to fully enjoy the evening.
Can I buy tickets at the door?

Most shows sell out in advance, so we advise you to check online and book tickets prior to arrival at Soul Mama.
How do you allocate seats?

Seating is allocated based on the ticket tier you've purchased and the order in which bookings are made. The earlier you book, the better the seats! If you have specific seating requests, please contact us ahead of time, and we will do our best to accommodate.
Is there parking?

Find us in Stratford, London on the Ground floor of the Hilton Gantry Hotel. We are on Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, our address is romantically on "Celebration Avenue" with Westfield Mall and Hackney Wick are all on our doorstep. By Train: We are 2 minutes from Stratford International Train Station and Stratford International DLR, 6 minutes fromKing's Cross St Pancras via the Javelin High speed train and Stratford train station is a 5 minute walk to easily connect with central London. By Car: Numerous multi storey car parks at Stratford International and Westfield.
What is the nearest train station?

By Train: We are 2 minutes from Stratford International Train Station and Stratford International DLR, 6 minutes from King's Cross St Pancras via the Javelin High speed train and Stratford train station is a 5 minute walk to easily connect with central London.
Is the venue accessible?

Yes! Soul Mama is wheelchair accessible. We have a separate ramp access for wheelchair access and an accessible restroom on the ground floor. For any specific seating enquiries, please email us prior to booking.
Is there a dress code?

There is no strict dress code at Soul Mama, but we suggest "smart casual" attire for a comfortable and enjoyable evening.
What are the age restrictions at Soul Mama?

Soul Mama is an over-18s venue. Young people over 12 are permitted, as long as they are accompanied by an adult, seated and dining, and leave the premises by midnight. We do have some family programming accessible to all ages.
What are your opening times?
